Speed, quickness, strength and endurance are vital to being a good soccer player. Our SAS (Speed Agility Strength) program is designed to strengthen these areas in our athletes. We have worked with Physical Therapists and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists to design a training regimen specifically for the soccer player. Not only will our training increase your speed, strength, quickness and endurance, it will help prevent injuries.
